Spring cleaning in Woking
Spring cleaning in Woking: the traditional big clean of your whole home, room by room, which you can book at any time of year. It suits a fresh start after the winter or a home getting ready for guests.
What a spring clean covers
We dust, vacuum and mop throughout and pay special attention to neglected areas, following your list of priorities.
- Bathrooms: toilets scrubbed, soap scum and mildew removed from the shower, floors washed, and taps, sinks and mirrors polished.
- Kitchen: cupboard fronts wiped, kitchen gadgets sanitised, and worktops, sink and floor cleaned.
- Bedrooms: cobwebs removed, surfaces dusted and wiped, then skirting boards and floors.
- Living room: surfaces, furniture and floors dusted and cleaned.
Not included in a spring clean
A spring clean does not include the inside of the oven or the inside of the fridge. You can add them for an extra fee, together with a thorough clean of the hob, cooker hood and microwave, or book our oven cleaning service on its own. Blind cleaning is usually added as an extra, and window cleaning is not included.
Carpet cleaning can be added to a spring clean too.
Spring clean or deep clean?
A deep clean includes the inside of the oven and fridge, and it is for a home that needs considerably more attention, such as one that has not been professionally cleaned for a while or is being brought up to standard before regular cleaning starts. A spring clean can turn out to need a deep clean. If you are not sure which you need, describe the home when you ask for a quote.
Prices
Spring cleans are charged by the hour at our one-off rate: From £28 per hour. The final cost depends on the size and condition of your home and how much cleaning it needs. We bring the cleaning products and equipment at no extra cost, and every visit has a minimum call-out charge. All our rates are on the prices page.
When to book
Whenever suits you. Some people like a fresh start in January, once the Christmas decorations are packed away, and others book before guests arrive or after the summer. We take spring clean bookings all year round.
